Flyers Pizza & Subs, a Central Ohio staple since 1976, is looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to join its team. With 10 thriving locations, Flyers Pizza is committed to fostering a supportive and growth-oriented workplace where employees are empowered to develop their skills and advance their careers. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations, leading and developing team members, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain efficiency and uphold high standards of service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Lead by example to provide outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming, customer-focused atmosphere.
  • Train, mentor, and support staff to encourage professional growth and maintain a motivated team.
  • Ensure rigorous standards of cleanliness and safety, complying with all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve operational goals and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Demonstrated integrity, strong work ethic, and sense of personal responsibility.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule of 45 hours per week across a 5-day work week.
