Location: Auburn, CA. Must live within 30 minutes of Auburn.

Hourly Rate: $20-$23.50 per hour

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 9am - 6PM

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.

  • Process customer requests and orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Update and maintain customer account information.

  • Identify customer needs and provide timely solutions.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and support customer success.

  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

  • Balance truck inventory and support operational processes.

  • Complete daily tasks and administrative responsibilities in a timely manner.

  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or customer service role.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

  • Strong organizational skills and a customer-first mindset.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Teams, or similar business systems is preferred.

  • Experience within the fuel, transportation, logistics, or energy industry is a plus.
