What is a Fly Racing job?

A Fly Racing job typically refers to a position with Fly Racing, a company specializing in motocross, BMX, and powersports gear. Jobs at Fly Racing can range from sales and marketing to product design and customer service. Employees often work on developing, promoting, and distributing high-performance riding gear and apparel. Positions may be available at corporate headquarters, in retail settings, or within distribution networks.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Fly Racing position, and why are they important?

To thrive in a Fly Racing role—such as a sales representative, product specialist, or brand ambassador—you need strong knowledge of motorsports equipment, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for riding or racing. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, or digital marketing tools is often required, and certifications in motorcycle safety or technical training can be advantageous. Standout soft skills include superb communication, relationship-building, and the ability to work both independently and in a fast-paced team environment. These competencies are vital because they help ensure both exceptional customer experiences and the effective promotion of Fly Racing products in a competitive market.

What does a typical day look like for someone working in a Fly Racing sales or representative role?

A typical day involves engaging with customers at retailers or events, providing expert advice on Fly Racing products, and assisting with merchandising or promotional activities. You may also be responsible for tracking sales, restocking inventory, and gathering feedback from customers to relay back to the product team. Collaboration with other sales representatives, store managers, or marketing staff is common to ensure optimal product placement and brand visibility. Whether you're in-store, at trade shows, or supporting dealer events, the work is dynamic and requires both product knowledge and strong interpersonal skills.
