This is a one-week-on / one-week-off schedule during the school year, and two weeks on, two weeks off schedule during the Summer. - Some full-day coverage (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) as needed
- Off-Week: Minimal responsibilities (emergency contact only; no required in-home presence)
- Two weeks on / two weeks off rotation
- Summer travel required
- Occasional horse show weekends

- Manage children's calendars in Outlook
- Coordinate school schedules, therapy appointments, extracurricular activities, and doctor visits
- Ensure smooth weekly transitions between parents
- Maintain clear communication with both households
- School drop-offs and pick-ups
- Transportation to sports, lessons, and appointments

- Light meal prep and cooking for children
