As Dining Room Manager, you'll lead a busy, high-energy dining room, supporting your team, maintaining attention to detail, and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. This is a hands-on role for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven to lead by example. You'll be instrumental in shaping the culture of the dining room and inspiring your team to deliver their best.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day flow of the dining room - from greeting guests and managing service to solving problems on the fly and keeping things running smoothly.
