We're looking for a Team Member Success Intern to join our People team and gain hands-on experience supporting recruiting and talent acquisition for a growing aerospace company. As a Team Member Success intern, you'll work alongside experienced recruiting and People team members who will provide mentorship and guidance throughout your internship. You'll contribute to projects involving candidate sourcing, recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and maintaining an organized candidate pipeline. You'll gain exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle while helping connect talented people with opportunities to contribute to real space missions.
