Who we are: Hudbay is a Canadian integrated mining company with operations, development properties and exploration activities across the Americas principally focused on the discovery, production and marketing of base and precious metals.


The Opportunity: We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to work with our Mill/Concentrator team in the vibrant community of Snow Lake, MB. There is a camp available while on shift, however relocation packages and housing assistance are available to move you and your family to the vibrant community of Snow Lake if you wish. The shift is 7 days on/7 days off. Please note that this opportunity is NOT a fly-in-fly-out position.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervision and co-ordination of maintenance activities within the Snow Lake Concentrator
    Work order management
    Planning and tracking of maintenance activities
    Procurement of required maintenance materials
  • Ensure employee compliance with all applicable rules & regulations

Prerequisites:

  • Red Seal Journeyperson
  • Supervisory experience
  • Milling experience is an asset
