Schedule
6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, Monday through Friday with 2 weekdays and 1 weekend of call.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Surgical Services unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in various surgical procedures and possess the required certifications.
Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care in the surgical setting.
  • Utilize Epic charting for patient documentation.
  • Participate in on-unit education and training sessions.
  • Administer medications and assist with surgical preparations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Respond to patient needs effectively and efficiently during surgeries.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in surgical services.
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required.
  • Proficiency in Epic charting is mandatory.
  • Completed Fingerprint requirement.
  • FLU vaccine required with only medical exemptions accepted.
