Job Description

Lovely Flowers is looking for a florist to join our team. We are open to hiring someone with floral design experience or someone who is motivated and willing to learn.

The florist will help create flower arrangements, rose bouquets, ramo buchón designs, vase arrangements, and other floral products for walk-in customers, online orders, and special occasions.

Responsibilities

Create floral arrangements and bouquets according to store standards.

Prepare roses and flowers, including cleaning, hydrating, cutting, and organizing stems.

Assist with wrapping bouquets, adding accessories, and preparing orders for pickup or delivery.

Keep the floral work area clean, organized, and stocked.

Follow instructions from managers and complete arrangements on time.

Help maintain quality, presentation, and freshness of all flowers.

Work as a team during busy seasons, holidays, and high-volume days.

Experience & Training

Experience is preferred but not required.

We can train the right person if they are responsible, motivated, and willing to learn.

For beginners, training is 5 days for $300 total.

Pay

Beginner / No Experience:

Training: 5 days – $300 total

After training: $13 per hour for the first 3 months

After 3 months: $14 per hour

Experienced Florist:

If the candidate already has florist experience and does not need training, starting pay is $15 per hour.

Requirements

Responsible and punctual.

Seguir instrucciones de los encargados y completar los arreglos a tiempo.
