Job Description:
Viviano Flower Shop is seeking an energetic and self-motivated individual to travel to our Metropolitan Detroit locations and reset, refresh, and reevaluate our fresh flower displays.
The Reset Merchandising Associate will assist in the planning and execution of the merchandising plan as devised by the Manager of Purchasing and Inventory. Responsibilities may include creating displays, managing the procurement of some product lines, assisting in inventory, and ensuring that the correct mix of products are stocked and displayed in order to achieve greater sales and maximize profits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure merchandise is displayed appropriately with proper signage and favorable shelf placement
  • Gather information regarding customers' reactions to products and report to buyers.
  • Communicate closely with buyers and store managers.
  • Access and monitor sales and change displays according to trends.

Must have:
  • Reasonable availability between 8am-6pm
  • Weekend & holiday availability

What are the qualifications?
  • Valid drivers license
  • Ability to interact with client(s) and team members in a professional manner.
  • Self motivated hard worker willing to learn
  • Meet physical requirements such as but not limited to: lift up to 30 pounds, lift above shoulder level, climb ladders, and stand up to 10 hours on concrete surfaces.
