Seasonal Opportunities - Flexible Hours (Part-Time to Full-Time)

Approximate Season March-July

Hourly Pay: $15 - $17

Do you have a passion for plants and flowers? Do you love providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, outdoor environment? We're looking for friendly, hardworking, and plant-loving individuals to join our team at our thriving Flower Shop & Garden Center. Multiple seasonal positions available for both Associates and Leads!

What We're Looking For:

  • Enthusiastic team players who enjoy working outdoors
  • A love for plants and gardening (no experience needed, just a willingness to learn!)
  • Availability on weekends and holidays (we're open 7 days a week)
  • Great attitude and a customer-first mindset

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Customer Service Excellence

  • Greet customers promptly with a warm smile and offer assistance
  • Provide expert advice on plant care, product selection, and gardening tips
  • Load customer purchases into their vehicles with care
  • Help receive and organize incoming products, ensuring everything is well-stocked

Garden Center Maintenance

  • Keep our beautiful outdoor space looking fresh and tidy
  • Perform daily cleaning (blowing off walkways, sanitizing areas, picking up tools)
  • Care for plants, deadheading, and general upkeep
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere inside and outside the store

Teamwork & Support

  • Collaborate with fellow associates to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with merchandising and setting up displays to showcase our beautiful plants and products
  • Support the team in keeping the store organized and efficient

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly pay: $15-$17 per hour
  • Flexible hours, with shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours per day (16 - 40 hours/week)

Preferred Experience:
