Keeley Construction is looking for aDirector of Milling Services to join our team. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in milling processes, equipment management, and personnel supervision. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing milling operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met or exceeded.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the milling team
  • Oversee all aspects of milling operations, including scheduling, production planning, and equipment maintenance
  • Identify opportunities to improve milling processes and enhance product quality
  • Develop and manage budgets for milling operations, implementing cost-saving initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Recruit, train, and mentor milling personnel to develop a high-performing team
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and achieve organizational objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
