Receptionist Position

Cancer Specialists of North Florida is recruiting for an experienced Receptionist for our busy Central Business Office. The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, vendors, employees, and guests into the Central Business Office in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner. This position answers, screens, and transfers incoming telephone calls politely and in a timely manner. In addition to these duties, the Receptionist is also responsible for sorting, processing, and distributing the daily mail, monitoring and ordering office supplies, maintaining the office calendar, and performing any other administrative duties necessary.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Delivers first class customer service by greeting visitors, vendors, physicians, employees, and guests into the Central Business Office
  • Answers, screens, and directs telephone calls for administration
  • Coordinates courier services for the Central Business Office
  • Sorts, processes, and distributes daily mail
  • Monitors office supplies; places orders and restocks when necessary
  • Maintains lobby area in a neat and orderly manner
  • Maintains office calendar and schedules meetings and appointments
  • Special projects as assigned
  • All other duties as assigned
