Part-Time, Hybrid-Remote, Business Development Team Member Location: Bradenton/Sarasota, FL (Hybrid-Remote with On-Site Training) Employer: Lynx Products Corp. Inc. Focus: Smidley Manufacturing Products

Lynx Products Corp. Inc. is hiring a part-time remote Business Development Team Member to represent Smidley Manufacturing, a respected leader in livestock equipment. While you will be employed by Lynx Products Corp., your primary responsibility will be to develop new business opportunities for Smidley products by identifying and enlisting new dealers and introducing innovative products to the market. This is a proactive sales role—not account management or customer service—ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit new dealers for Smidley Manufacturing products.
  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective partners.
  • Conduct product webinars and virtual presentations to educate potential dealers.
  • Work on assigned projects to support new business development initiatives.
  • Quickly learn Smidley product details and communicate value effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
