House of Hearts ABA is a growing, mission-driven ABA therapy company dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of children and families. Building strong local partnerships is at the core of what we do — and we're looking for passionate, outgoing people to help us expand our impact.

Position Overview:
We’re hiring Community Outreach Representatives to represent House of Hearts ABA in South Florida and surrounding areas. This is an in-person role focused on developing referral relationships with pediatrician offices, schools, occupational therapy (OT) clinics, physical therapy (PT) clinics, and other local providers.

You’ll be the face of our organization—introducing our services, distributing marketing materials, and building meaningful connections in the community. This position is ideal for someone who is motivated, energetic, and excited to be on the ground helping us grow.

This role includes performance bonuses and commission based on the number of referral partnerships you help generate each month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit pediatric offices, therapy clinics, and schools across South Florida and beyond

  • Introduce House of Hearts ABA to providers and office staff

  • Hand out flyers, business cards, and branded materials

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community providers

  • Keep detailed notes on visits, contacts, and potential leads

  • Represent House of Hearts ABA with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm

  • Wear company-branded clothing (provided) during visits

What We’re Looking For:

  • Outgoing, friendly, and confident communicator

  • Comfortable speaking to new people and walking into offices cold

  • Independent and self-motivated with strong follow-up skills

  • Able to travel daily throughout South Florida and nearby areas

  • Detail-oriented and organized with basic reporting/tracking skills

  • Experience in sales, marketing, education, or healthcare is helpful but not required
