Schedule: 2-3 days per week, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Availability: Must be available Saturdays; additional hours required during peak floral holidays (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving).

About the Opportunity

Our floral department is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented individual to help provide exceptional customer service and behind-the-scenes support. As a Floral Support & Customer Care Representative, you'll play a key role in assisting customers with orders, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with our delivery team to help every bouquet arrive on time and beautifully presented.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, thrives in a busy environment, and has strong organizational skills.

What You'll Do

  • Greet customers over the phone and assist with placing floral orders.
  • Handle daily phone and email inquiries related to floral products, deliveries, and special requests.
  • Communicate with delivery drivers to confirm order details and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Provide support to other departments when needed by answering overflow calls.
  • Prepare invoices, file paperwork, and maintain organized floral department records.
  • Assist with reconciliation of floral statements and outgoing billing.
  • Lend a hand during high-volume floral holidays, including extended shifts.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or office administration preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive, courteous, and professional demeanor.
  • Must be available for extended hours during major floral holidays.
