What You’ll Do:

As a Floral Assembly Technician, you’ll bring beauty to life by producing and packing stunning bouquets, arrangements, and gardens. You’ll follow recipes to hand-make floral creations that delight our customers and help maintain the health and appearance of our plants. Your key tasks will include:

  • Producing and packing finished floral products

  • Creating hand-made bouquets, floral arrangements, and gardens per recipe

  • Re-potting plants with approved decorative upgrades

  • Processing inventory according to specifications and hydrating flowers/plants

  • Operating and maintaining strapping equipment (cleaning, loading)

  • Keeping work areas spotless by cleaning floors, drains, walls, tables, loading docks, restrooms, and break rooms daily

When You'll Work: Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Please note: There is no fixed end time — your day ends once all tasks are completed, including end-of-day duties.Pay Range: $17.50/hr – $19.50/hrHolidays & Overtime: Ability to work holidays and overtime as business needs. During peak floral seasons, such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, and Mother’s Day, you may be required to work additional hours and on days that are typically your time off. Flexibility during these busy periods is essential.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time
  • Frequent walking and standing for long periods
  • Stooping and pulling throughout the shift
