Floral Assistant will aid in all aspects of floral operations as part of our everyday standards, for special events, and holidays. The Floral Assistant will primarily be responsible for working with the floral team to distribute and maintain floral arrangements throughout the property.

The pay range for this position is $15.00-$17.00 per hour.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Will assist in cleaning and maintaining the floral bay.
Distributing and maintaining floral arrangements throughout the property
Finding and cutting foliage on the property and processing new flowers when they arrive
Assisting the Floral team in event set-up and breakdown
Exceptional customer service skills, Friendly, positive attitude
Maintains high-quality standards in product presentation
Proven success as a team member, and demonstrates an exceptional work ethic
Must comply with all company policies and procedures.
Regular and consistent attendance is required to fulfill the essential functions of this position.
Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guests.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of flowers, colors, and textures is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Basic knowledge and understanding of math
REASONING ABILITY
Needs problem-solving skills, attention to detail
Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to lift 40 pounds, must be active or able to endure physical elements
Must be able to operate a company vehicle or golf cart
