Job Summary:
Lily Palmer-Flowers is looking for a skilled Bouquet Maker to create beautiful floral arrangements for our banquet and event operations. This role is primarily hands-on, focused on designing and assembling bouquets and floral displays at our headquarters. While most of your time will be in the workshop, you will occasionally interact with customers when handing off their orders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and assemble high-quality floral bouquets and arrangements for banquets, events, and special orders.
  • Ensure all flowers are properly cared for and maintained to maximize freshness and quality.
  • Prepare bouquets and arrangements for pick-up or delivery, ensuring orders are accurate and visually appealing.
  • Occasionally interact with customers when handing off orders, providing friendly and professional service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including workstations, tools, and supplies.
  • Manage inventory of flowers, vases, and decorative materials, reporting low stock to management.
  • Collaborate with the events or banquet team on special projects, seasonal displays, or custom arrangements.

Qualifications:
  • Experience as a florist, bouquet maker, or floral designer preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of flower varieties, color combinations, and design principles.
  • Detail-oriented with a creative eye.
