Our team is passionate about creating stunning arrangements for every occasion, from weddings and birthdays to corporate events and sympathy arrangements.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team on a part-time basis. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering floral arrangements and other products to our customers in the Collierville area. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver floral arrangements and other products to customers in the Collierville area
- Load and unload delivery vehicle with care to ensure the safety of the products
- Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the company
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering products with a smile and a positive attitude
- Collect payments from customers when necessary
- Keep delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues to management
- Communicate with customers and management regarding any delivery issues or delays
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while operating the delivery vehicle
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Previous experience in delivery or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of the Memphis and Collierville area is a plus
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
