Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with Senior Discovery Analysts, Project Managers, Attorneys, and Litigation Support staff to support all phases of the electronic discovery lifecycle.
  • Process, load, validate, and maintain client data within Axcelerate and other eDiscovery review platforms while ensuring data integrity and defensibility.
  • Perform data imports, exports, productions, and database maintenance activities in accordance with established workflows and project specifications.
  • Execute quality control (QC) procedures to verify successful data processing, metadata integrity, document counts, searchable text, imaging, and load file accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot data loading issues, investigate processing exceptions, and escalate complex technical issues when appropriate.
  • Manage departmental data inventories, track chain of custody, and maintain accurate documentation for all data received and produced.
  • Support document review teams by preparing review databases, updating workspace configurations, and assisting with user access and workflow issues.
  • Assist with creating and delivering production sets, including native files, images, load files, and metadata, ensuring compliance with client specifications and court requirements.
  • Work with structured and unstructured data from a variety of sources while maintaining defensible eDiscovery practices.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of departmental workflows, documentation, and best practices.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, legal technology, or a related technical role.
  • Hands-on experience with Axcelerate or another enterprise eDiscovery platform is strongly preferred. Candidates should be comfortable loading data, validating imports, performing quality control, and supporting document review workflows.
  • Experience using Axcelerate or another enterprise eDiscovery review platform (Relativity, Everlaw, Reveal, DISCO, Nuix Discover, etc.).
  • Experience loading, validating, and exporting data within eDiscovery platforms.
  • Working knowledge of litigation support load files, including DAT, OPT, LFP, CSV, and associated image and native file formats.
  • Understanding of eDiscovery workflows including collection, processing, review, production, and quality control.
  • Familiarity with metadata, OCR, text files, document families, deduplication, and document productions.
  • Strong understanding of database concepts and maintaining data integrity throughout the litigation lifecycle.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including filtering, formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and working with large datasets.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve data issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with attorneys, vendors, and technical teams.
  • Experience in a law firm or legal services environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with scripting or data manipulation tools (PowerShell, SQL, Python, or similar) is a plus but not required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

The expected salary range for this position is $75,000-$95,000. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skill set, and geographic location.
