About the Role:
Mollie Stone's Markets is looking for a Full Time Floral Manager to support our Grand Central Store in San Francisco. Essential Functions:
  • Oversee daily operations of the floral department, ensuring quality, freshness, and visual appeal of all products.
  • Lead and train floral team members in arranging, wrapping, and merchandising flowers and plants.
  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Maintain inventory levels, manage ordering, and control shrink to meet department goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer inquiries.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety standards within the department.
  • Plan and execute seasonal promotions and special events

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral merchandise, with a desire to stay current on trends.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Compensation:
$24.35-$26.50/hour DOE
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Standing: Up to 8 hours per day.
  • Walking: Up to 8 hours per day.
  • Reaching: Up to 4 hours per day.

Travel Requirements:
  • Independent and reliable local travel up to 50% of the time (for vendor visits or training).
