Are you a passionate, driven recruitment professional ready for your next big adventure? We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our hiring efforts across multiple locations in the breathtaking Yellowstone National Park. This is an in-person position based out of the Xanterra Corporate office located in Greenwood Village, Colorado.  This is not a remote position.

In this pivotal role, you’ll design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies that not only attract top-tier talent but also create an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand the unique staffing needs of each location and develop tailored solutions that support our mission and culture.

What You’ll Do:

Lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives for Yellowstone locations

Mentor and lead our dynamic team of Recruiters and Recruiting Supervisors
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and local teams
Enhance the candidate journey from first contact to onboarding
Use data and insights to continuously improve recruitment processes

Compensation:

$66,000-73,000

Responsibilities
  • Coach, develop, and support the recruiting team supporting our Yellowstone locations towards successful achievement of established goals
  • Responsible for partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to identify location talent needs, conduct workforce analysis, and implement recruiting strategies
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the organization to ensure a high level of communication and collaboration
  • Consult, and assist hiring managers to follow established processes and procedures
  • Promote and support movement of talent across the organization including transfers and promotions
  • Compile, track, and evaluate analytics to support data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with the team to make strategic decisions based on recruiting metrics and performance insights
  • Work with locations on forecasting of Bridge SWT employees and trainees, coordinate needs with agencies and Support Services
  • Ensure proper re-engagement of dispositioned candidates to alternate locations and positions
  • Support and assist with the development and revision of job descriptions as needed
  • Partner with Support Services to identify and implement resource and process improvements and to develop effective analytics to measure the effectiveness of the team's recruiting efforts
  • Determine workflow of recruiting team during periods of seasonal variability and operational changes
  • Recruit high level field positions; work with hiring managers on coordination of next steps and extend offers for these roles

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a people manager
  • Minimum 3 years experience in high volume recruiting
  • Experience with applicant tracking and integrated systems
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with Smartsheet strongly preferred
