About the Role
The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering fresh floral products to customers throughout Southern New Jersey, Southeastern Pennsylvania, and Delaware. This role plays a critical part in supporting customer satisfaction, maintaining product quality during transport, and ensuring timely deliveries that help our customers succeed.
What You'll Do
• Safely operate refrigerated box trucks to complete scheduled delivery routes
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining product quality and freshness
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers during deliveries
• Load, unload, and transport floral products in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness
• Utilize warehouse equipment and handheld technology to support delivery and inventory processes
• Follow company safety standards, DOT regulations, and delivery procedures
• Partner with warehouse and distribution teams to support daily operational goals
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role operates in warehouse, cooler, and delivery environments, including refrigerated areas maintained at approximately 34°F. Team members regularly work with pallet jacks, RF scanners, box cutters, and refrigerated delivery vehicles.
This position requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb in and out of delivery trucks, and lift or move up to 60 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. The role also requires extended driving and frequent loading and unloading activities throughout the workday.

• Onsite position
• Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed

What You'll Bring
• 2+ years of professional commercial driving experience operating 16ft box trucks or larger
• Valid driver's license with the ability to obtain DOT Medical Certification (CDL not required)
• Acceptable driving record
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Experience working in warehouse, distribution, or delivery environments
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 60 pounds
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfort using maps, GPS systems, and route planning tools
• Strong time management, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Self-motivated mindset with dependable attendance and teamwork skills
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
