Create custom floral arrangements for weddings, funerals, holidays, corporate events, and everyday occasions.
Requirements
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design and arrange fresh flowers, plants, and decorative materials into bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths, and custom displays.
  • Ensure all arrangements meet quality and design standards.
  • Stay current with floral trends and seasonal designs.
  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies and flowers.
  • Assist customers in selecting flowers and design styles.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, floral cooler, store, and store front.
  • Support setup and breakdown of events as needed.
  • Taking and logging orders
  • Help with deliveries
  • Handle multiple orders while meeting deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Processing flowers, plants and merchandise
  • Assist staff with ringing up customers

  • Understanding of floral care and handling techniques to maintain freshness.
