Job Overview:

  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday (Occasional overtime and early morning start times)
  • Project Scope: Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Concrete Coatings
  • Mandatory Licences & Certifications: Valid Driver’s License


The Opportunity:

You will join a dynamic field team expanding our specialized surface coating capabilities across Sedona and the Verde Valley. In this hands-on position, you will work on high-grade concrete transformation projects while mastering modern equipment and coating materials. We offer steady, year-round work, continuous technical skill development, and structured mentorship to help you grow professionally within our company.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Perform concrete surface preparation using heavy floor grinders, patch compounds, and crack repair tools to ensure optimal coating adhesion.
  • Accurately measure, mix, and apply epoxy, polyaspartic, and decorative concrete coating systems according to strict company specifications.
  • Protect adjacent walls and fixtures while maintaining a clean, highly organized, and safe job site at all times.
  • Load, unload, and safely transport heavy equipment, coating materials, and specialized tools to various project sites.
  • Safely operate surface preparation equipment, power tools, and personal protective equipment in compliance with company standards.
  • Inspect completed floor systems to verify coating depth, uniform finish quality, and overall durability before client handoff.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including heavy lifting (50+ lbs), kneeling, bending, and standing for extended durations.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and a clean driving history required for company vehicle authorization.
  • Positive team-oriented attitude with the willingness to adapt to varied daily project requirements.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Prior experience in epoxy flooring, concrete preparation, grinding, polishing, or specialty trade contracting.
  • Background in general construction, painting, or flooring installation methodologies.
  • Current OSHA safety certification or equipment operation experience (e.g., forklifts or concrete grinders).
