What You’ll Do
  • Conduct in-home design consultations using our fully equipped mobile showroom
  • Actively engage in strong networking activities — attend community events, build strategic partnerships, and consistently develop a robust personal referral pipeline to maximize earning potential 
  • Listen carefully to customers’ needs and recommend flooring solutions that fit their style, functionality, and budget
  • Use digital tools (iPad, estimating software, laser measures) to create and present professional proposals
  • Follow our proven, process-driven sales system from consultation to close
  • Proactively network and build your personal referral base to maximize earning potential
  • Maintain clear, consistent follow-up to ensure a seamless 5-star customer experience
  • Build lasting relationships with homeowners, contractors, and referral partners
  • Meet or exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional service
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of sales experience (flooring or home improvement preferred)
  • Knowledge of flooring products, trends, and installation processes is a plus
  • Strong math skills with the ability to accurately measure, calculate, and prepare estimates 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to connect, influence, and build trust
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using tablets, CRMs (Salesforce), and other tools
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and excited to thrive in a performance-based environment
  • Valid driver’s license and availability for client appointments (days, evenings, and some weekends)
