Job description

Depending on the work schedule, assignments can and often do change frequently from general cleaning, painting, sorting parts, etc... Whether working as a team or independently normal daily tasks will require the floor helper to lift variable weights, bend, twist, use basic hand tools, push or pull and think safety on every task.  Floor Helpers, due to the nature of the job, continuously shift body weight, hand location and grip reducing static posture positioning.

Therefore, we routinely review and upgrade our processes (when feasible) to reflect the latest available safety technology, including the use of manually/automatic operated hoists, cranes, carts, forklifts, tables and other devices to reduce the potential for repetitive related injuries.
