Your responsibilities include conducting precise inventory audits, assessing damages to inventory, and preparing a summary of your inspection. Floor plan auditors often work with car dealerships, as they have a high-value inventory. Duties include assessing inventory for wear and tear, checking the VIN of each vehicle, and ensuring the dealer has an MSO or title for all vehicles.

What are the typical challenges a floor plan auditor faces when verifying inventory at multiple dealership locations?

Floor Plan Auditors often encounter challenges such as coordinating schedules with dealership staff, managing time efficiently when traveling between multiple locations, and ensuring that all inventory records are accurate and up to date. Auditors must also adapt to different dealership processes and maintain clear communication with both internal teams and client contacts. Successfully navigating these challenges requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build positive working relationships across various dealership environments.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a floor plan auditor, and why are they important?
