Lifetime Green Coatings is growing and seeking:

  • Installation Technicians, who will report to the Lead Installation Technician, install our exclusive, eco-friendly, and high-performance floor coating technology, and serve and build relationships with customers in our community.

Our Installation Technicians will be responsible for completing the installation process of our green coating technology, which includes preparing materials and tools, commuting to local customers, assessing concrete preparation work, and installing base-coat, flake, and top-coat applications. We are looking for:

  • Experience working in a role that prioritizes attention to detail, working independently and accountably, and applying coating to an existing concrete surface.
  • Ability to quickly learn, follow installation guidelines for, and develop expertise with a new product offering and installation method.
  • A high comfort level with working on-site with customers, providing excellent customer service, and exemplifying our White Glove Service standards and our Jobsite Code of Conduct.
  • •A high level of interest in growing the Lifetime Green Coatings business in a fast-paced, energetic, and collaborative environment which incentivizes quality, customer service, and business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Effective and efficient installation of our LGC Coating Technology
  • Effective preparation of floor surfaces prior to applying our base-coat
  • Attention to detail and excellent customer service while working onsite with customers
  • Exemplifying Lifetime Green Coating’s White Glove Service standards
  • Adhering to our Jobsite Code of Conduct
  • Proactively communicating with management on obstacles to the installation process and resolving obstacles to the installation process
  • Use of our operating system to record work order updates, notes, and pictures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous epoxy or paint coating experience
  • Competitive spirit with a drive to succeed in a metric-driven environment
  • Ability to give and receive feedback in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Driver’s License preferred
  • Ability to stand
  • The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job

  • Previous experience managing installation teams
