What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate service and back-shop teams to achieve sales and productivity goals.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop top talent to ensure optimal staffing and service levels.
  • Oversee daily shop operations, including workflow, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Train associates on customer care, Courtesy Vehicle Inspections (CVIs), and store systems.
  • Manage store profitability, visual presentation, inventory integrity, POS transactions, and vendor relations.
  • Partner with Fleet business team to grow and maintain customer relationships.
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure fair resolution.
  • Serve as a key holder and perform opening/closing responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; college or technical program preferred.
  • 1+ year supervisory experience in an automotive service or related environment.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and cash-handling skills.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
  • Comfortable with upselling and meeting sales goals.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends.

Physical Demands:

  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs, frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
  • Communicate clearly in person, by phone, and using computers.
  • Operate a vehicle safely and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
