Job description

Lexington Rental Homes (LRH) is seeking a full-time Property Management Office Support Staffer to provide administrative, customer service, and operational support to our property management team. This role ensures smooth daily office operations, supports leasing and maintenance coordination, and delivers excellent service to residents, vendors, and property owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resident Support — Greet walk-ins, answer calls, respond to emails, and assist residents with questions about rent, notices, and general concerns.
  • Leasing Coordination — Assist with scheduling showings, preparing leases, move ins and move outs and maintaining accurate leasing records.
  • Maintenance Workflow — Enter work orders, communicate with maintenance staff, follow up on repairs, and track completion timelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, resident-facing environment
