Job description

Snelling is currently seeking an upbeat and professional Assistant Property Manager for a public housing company in the Fairfield area. Hours 7:30 am-5:30 pm, Monday-Thursday. Starting Pay $19.00-20.00/hr. As the Assistant Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and tenant management of our affordable housing properties. Working closely with the Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our residential communities.
Key Responsibilities for Assistant Property Manager:
  • Collect rent payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and oversee the upkeep of the properties
  • Responsible for grounds and made ready units inspections
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and address any concerns or issues
  • Assist with tenant screening, lease agreements, and move-in/move-out processes
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Collaborating with the Property Manager on various projects and initiatives
Qualifications for Assistant Property Manager:
  • 1-2 years of experience in property management or a related field
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
