Your Skills - Show Us What You Got:
  • 50% traveling needed to support multiple locations as needed.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a successful assistant community manager at a 250+ front door count community
  • Exceptional customer service skills, and ability to role model and lead Team Members to perform to the TCC level of excellence.
  • Strong understanding of financial plans with the ability to summarize and communicate results effectively
  • Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a large leasing team preferred
  • Commitment to TCC Curb appeal standards, with a great eye for detail
  • Strong technical skills with Entrata and Excel preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting the company customer service expectations and increasing reputation.
  • Strong understanding of TCC lease and policies
  • Foster creative ideas to increase ancillary income
