Job Summary:
Performs activities associated with scheduling, flight following, and operational support of 14 CFR Part 135 flight operations.
Compensation: Starting at $25.00 p/hr
Schedule: M-F 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Employment Type: Regular Full-Time
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Essential Functions:
  1. Exercise operational control in coordination with the Pilot in Command (PIC) to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations under 14 CFR Part 135 and company Operations Specifications.
  2. Maintain a full knowledge of company procedures, limitations, and FAA Part 135 regulatory requirements.
  3. Review, analyze, and monitor current and forecast weather conditions, including NOTAMs, PIREPs, TFRs, and runway/airport conditions.
  4. Perform flight risk assessment in collaboration with the PIC.
  5. Monitor flight progress in real time and promptly report or escalate any diversions, delays, or overdue aircraft.
  6. Maintain and update operations management systems with accurate flight, crew, and schedule information.
  7. Provide PICs with all necessary operational information to ensure safe flight execution, including weather, performance data, and airport analysis.
  8. Evaluate aircraft operational capability, including weight and balance, performance, and maintenance status in coordination with Maintenance Control.
  9. Coordinate and manage daily flight schedules, including real-time adjustments due to operational disruptions or service interruptions.
  10. Ensure compliance with crew duty and rest requirements under 14 CFR Part 135 and company policies.
  11. Coordinate crewmember scheduling, assignment, notification, and support travel arrangements as needed, including after-hours assistance when required.
  12. Ensure accurate recording and reporting of crewmember flight and duty times for payroll and regulatory compliance.
  13. Support Emergency Response Plan procedures as required.

Qualifications:
  1. Valid Driver's License is required.
  2. Must be able to pass an Airport Background Criminal History Check.
  3. Must be able to work effectively in a drug-free workplace and comply with company drug and alcohol policies.
  4. Must be able available to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call schedules.
  5. Proficient in computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is preferred.
  6. A "quality-first" mindset with the ability to manage a high-volume information without errors is required.
  7. Strong communication skills for interfacing different departments, personnel, and leadership to ensure regulatory adherence are required.
  8. Commercial pilot certificate with instrument rating or FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate is highly preferred.
  9. Strong mathematical background to perform computations using decimals, hours, and minutes, and conversions.
