Job description

Key Responsibilitiesย 

  • Work closely with the existing analyst to enhance and stabilize data pipelines feeding the Snowflake data warehouse.ย 
  • Ingest and reconcile data from multiple dental clinic EMRs, Sage ERP/Finance system, and other operational sources.ย 
  • Design and publish Power BI dashboards for:ย 
  • Revenue cycle management (R30/60/90 aging, collections, forecasts)ย 
  • Clinic-level and regional performance metricsย 
  • Financial vs clinical KPI alignmentย 
  • Partner with the CFO and finance team to validate metrics and ensure accuracy of financial reporting.ย 
  • Implement data quality checks, documentation, and version control for reports and SQL queries.ย 
  • Recommend improvements to data architecture and help shape the longer-term data strategy.ย 

Required Skills & Experienceย 

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics or engineering.ย 
  • Proven experience with:ย 
  • Snowflake data warehouse - schema design, SQL, data pipeline optimization.ย 
  • Power BI - DAX, data modeling, dashboard design, publishing.ย 
  • SQL and Python (preferred) for data transformation.ย 
  • Integrating financial systems (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, NetSuite) with data warehouses.ย 
  • Working with healthcare or multi-location business data (nice to have: EMR data familiarity).ย 
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial metrics, AR aging, and revenue cycle KPIs.ย 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with non-technical business users.ย 

Self-starter, comfortable in fast-paced PE-backed environments.ย 
Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
