Pay:$24.00 – $28.00 per hour

Job Type:Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Available Shifts: 2nd

2nd Shift Schedule

Monday – Thursday: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Position Overview

We are hiring a Converting Flexo Operator to operate flexographic converting equipment used in the production of specialty labels and packaging materials. This role is responsible for machine setup, production monitoring, quality checks, and maintaining efficient production flow.

Candidates with experience operating flexographic presses, converting equipment, laminators, or related machinery are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate flexographic converting equipment for label and packaging production
  • Prepare materials and tooling for production runs
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Inspect printed and converted materials to ensure specifications are met
  • Read and follow work orders, job tickets, and production instructions
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
  • Maintain accurate production records and downtime reporting
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures
  • Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications

  • Previous flexographic, converting, printing, laminating, or related machine operating experience preferred
  • Manufacturing experience required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • High attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
