Role:  Flexographic Press Operator/Spooler Machine Operator
Location:  Menomonee Falls, WI (on-site)
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6 AM to 3:30 PM and Friday, 6 to 10 AM
Pay Range:  $24/hr to $28/hr

The Role:
Join a growing medical and industrial manufacturing organization where quality, precision, and continuous improvement are at the center of everything we do. As a Flexographic Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining flexographic printing presses to produce custom products that meet exact customer and engineering specifications. In this hands-on role, you'll leverage your technical expertise to drive quality, minimize waste, support production efficiency, and ensure compliance within our ISO 13485 regulated environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Experience with flexographic operations, rotary die cutting, ink mixing and color matching is preferred
  • Ability to read job specifications, interpret drawings and compute mathematical calculations is required
Physical Requirements:
  • Employee must be able to stand continuously with occasional awkward positioning
  • Employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds, with the assistance of lifts
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
