Responsibilities include setting up the press, mixing inks, adjusting printing settings, and ensuring print quality meets specifications. Operators also troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance, and follow safety guidelines. This role requires attention to detail, good mechanical skills, and knowledge of printing processes.

What does a typical day look like for someone working in Flexo Printing?

A typical day in Flexo Printing involves setting up flexographic presses, preparing printing plates, mixing inks, and closely monitoring print runs to ensure quality and consistency. While the work can be fast-paced and deadline-driven, it offers variety and hands-on problem-solving opportunities for those who enjoy technical and production-focused roles.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Flexo Printing position, and why are they important?

To thrive in Flexo Printing, candidates typically need a solid understanding of printing processes, color theory, and experience operating flexographic presses, often supported by a technical diploma or relevant on-the-job training.
