A Flexo Printing job involves operating and maintaining flexographic printing machines, which use flexible relief plates to print on various materials like paper, plastic, and foil. Responsibilities include setting up the press, mixing inks, adjusting printing settings, and ensuring print quality meets specifications. Operators also troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance, and follow safety guidelines. This role requires attention to detail, good mechanical skills, and knowledge of printing processes.

  • Confirm substrate, inks, and tooling meet all requirements.
  • Fine-tune ink distribution, line speed, and dryer temperatures.
  • Diagnose and resolve print issues quickly to curb downtime and waste.
  • Complete routine maintenance, including cleaning, oiling, and minor repairs.
What you bring
  • Hands-on experience running a servo-driven narrow web press (Mark Andy, Nilpeter, MPS, Omet, or comparable).
  • Detail orientation and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Continuous-improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality.
  • Capability to meet the physical demands of press operation.
  • Strong teamwork and clear communication skills.

  • 3rd shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Compensation and benefits
  • Competitive pay
  • Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short/long-term disability
  • 401(k) with generous company match
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Career growth within a rapidly expanding company
Why this role matters

You will convert prime labels that help products win on the shelf. Your precision in setup, color, registration, and die-cut quality keeps customers coming back.
