Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Flexo Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. Your expertise in color management, mechanical adjustments, and print production will ensure that each job meets our stringent quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced printing technology, contribute to innovative print advertising projects, and support the seamless flow of our manufacturing process.

Duties

  • Set up and operate flexo printing presses, ensuring optimal performance and print quality.

  • Adjust machine settings and perform routine maintenance to maintain efficient production runs.

  • Interpret production documents, including job tickets and technical specifications, to execute print jobs accurately.

  • Manage color consistency and perform color management tasks using graphic design software and prepress tools.

  • Conduct quality control inspections throughout the printing process to detect and correct defects promptly.

  • Collaborate with prepress teams to prepare artwork files using Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software.

  • Perform cutting, paper binding, and finishing processes as required for finished product assembly.

  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues with industrial equipment, large-format printers, or screen printing machinery.

  • Maintain detailed records of production runs, machine adjustments, and quality checks for compliance and process improvement.
