Withover 50 years of experience in both flexographic and digital printingwe are looking to add a designer to our team due to a pendingretirement. Position Overview

The Graphics Manager / Pre‑Press Production role is responsible for overseeing all artwork preparation, pre‑press workflows, and digital file management for both flexo and digital printing. This position works closely with customers, internal teams, and production to ensure files are accurate, print‑ready, and delivered on schedule.

This is a full‑time, on‑site position only.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all pre‑press and graphics workflows for digital and flexo label production
  • Prepare, review, and troubleshoot artwork files for print accuracy
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding artwork, revisions, and approvals
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and production teams to ensure smooth job flow
  • Maintain organized file systems and departmental processes
  • Support light IT needs within the graphics/pre‑press department
  • Learn and implement Esko digital pre‑press software (training provided)

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Experience with Canva and Excel helpful but not required
  • Willingness to learn Esko pre‑press software and related digital workflows
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑departmentally
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects
  • Prior experience in printing, packaging, or label production is a plus but not required
