Poultry Machine Operations
Location: Wadesboro, NC
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: All Shifts
Position Overview
We are hiring Production Workers to support operations in a fast-paced industrial facility. This role involves processing raw poultry byproducts, operating equipment, and ensuring production runs safely and efficiently.
This is a hands-on position in a heavy industrial environment with exposure to heat, noise, and strong odors.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery
Load and unload raw materials into processing systems
Perform general labor tasks including shoveling, lifting, and cleaning
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Assist with routine maintenance and equipment checks
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Schedule
Day, Night, and Overnight shifts available
Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods (12-hour shifts)
Comfortable working in hot, humid, and odorous conditions
Ability to work around heavy machinery and industrial equipment
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred
Experience in industrial or outdoor environments is a plus
Strong work ethic and reliability are a must
Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
