You'll collaborate with teachers, parents, and other therapists to develop customized treatment plans that help each child thrive. This is a school-based, in-person position where your creativity, compassion, and OT know-how will shine every day. Job Requirements A passion for helping students gain independence, confidence, and access. Active Nevada Occupational Therapy license, or the ability to obtain one. Experience in a pediatric or school-based setting preferred. Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit. Ability to develop and implement IEP goals in partnership with educators.
