Job description

Job Summary:
JPMorganChase is one of the oldest financial institutions, providing innovative financial solutions to a diverse clientele. The Technical Implementation Manager II will guide clients through the technical setup and testing of receivables products, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Lead scoping meetings to understand and fulfill client product and technical requirements
• Facilitate recurring project status meetings and provide clear updates to clients and internal teams
• Prepare Statements of Work and documentation outlining product implementation options
• Use tracking tools and systems to monitor project status, issues, and risks
• Establish test environments, validate file formats, and coordinate file and back-office testing
• Analyze and explain test results to clients, assisting with issue resolution
• Support clients during production migration and verification, ensuring successful implementation
• Collaborate with production teams to provide timely status updates
• Attend meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities, taking ownership of initiatives
• Adhere to all department policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience in banking, treasury, product, or project management
• Strong client servicing skills, with a focus on clear communication and relationship building
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proven analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective issue resolution and escalation capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks independently
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in team environments
• Willingness to learn and adapt to change
• Professional qualifications as required by region (e.g., Enhanced Competency Framework certifications in Hong Kong)
• Minimal travel required (less than 5%)
Preferred:
• Experience in client-facing project management roles
• Familiarity with receivables products such as Lockbox, ReceiptStream, and Image Cash Letter
• Technical aptitude with file formats and data transmission processes
• Experience using project tracking tools and databases
• Ability to identify and drive process improvements
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in supported products
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
