Featuring upscale amenities, a relaxing outdoor courtyard, and a commitment to exceptional service, we provide a memorable stay for every guest. Are you passionate about culinary excellence and creating memorable dining experiences? We're looking for a Cook I to join our team and prepare high-quality dishes for our restaurant, room service, banquets, and employee cafeteria. As an essential member of our culinary team, you'll ensure every plate meets our standards for taste, presentation, and safety while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook all food items according to standardized recipes and hotel standards.
  • Complete necessary food and station preparations prior to service to ensure prompt and efficient operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas, following "Clean As You Go" policy.
  • Prepare and display buffet items and banquet dishes as specified by Banquet Event Orders.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with food storage and rotation according to hotel procedures.
  • Comply with all food safety, sanitation, and certification requirements.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and team members.
