The Company:
David creates tools to increase muscle and decrease fat. Our first product is a protein bar. More broadly, David is a platform to develop high-protein, low-calorie, blood-sugar-friendly foods that are craveable.
 

This is a compelling opportunity to be a part of an exciting new food brand as we operate within a critical growth stage. David is led by CEO Peter Rahal, the Cofounder and Former CEO of RXBAR. We have strong aspirations to become the most popular high-protein bar in North America and beyond.
 

The Role:

We're looking for energetic, reliable individuals to join our Event Support Team, a flexible crew we call on when we need extra help at key events. You'll travel to support activations such as trade shows, samplings, and brand events. Ideal candidates are outgoing, enthusiastic, and have strong people and sales skills. This is a part-time, as-needed role with travel expected either around your designated area or for expos across the United States. You'll play a vital role in helping David deliver impactful in-person experiences.
 

Responsibilities:

Event Activation & Experience:

• Support brand events including samplings, expos, influencer and community activations
• Set up and break down event materials such as tables, signage, and displays
• Host local sampling events and retail demos to drive trial and build lasting relationships with customers and retail partners
• Travel to expos across the U.S., from bodybuilding to health and fitness shows, assisting with booth operations and ensuring seamless execution

Community & Customer Engagement:

• Be the face of David at events, welcoming guests and introducing them to the brand in a compelling, relatable way
• Promote the benefits and mission of David's products with confidence and clarity

Content & Insights

• Collaborate with our social media lead to capture on-brand content at events
• Share insights and ideas from the field to help shape and elevate future activations

Requirements

• Preferred:

• Brand ambassadorship experience
• Required:
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• High energy and positive attitude.
• Comfortable being hands-on at events, from weekdays to weekends.
• No ego when it comes to pitching in to scrappy, hands-on tasks.
• Passionate about working at an early-stage CPG brand with a mission to help people increase muscle and decrease fat.
   

Benefits

• This is a contract role with flexible, event-based scheduling. You'll work on a per-event basis, from single-day activations to multi-day expos across the U.S.

• Salary: $25 per hour
