David creates tools to help people build muscle and lose fat. Our first products are protein bars, and we're building a platform for high-protein, low-calorie, blood-sugar-friendly foods that are craveable.

This is a rare opportunity to join a breakout food brand at a pivotal stage of growth. Led by CEO Peter Rahal, Cofounder and Former CEO of RXBAR, David is working to become the leading consumer food brand focused on high-protein foods in North America and beyond.

Role:

We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to join our Summer Pop Up Team. You will support daily retail operations at a seasonal activation with shifts primarily between Wednesday and Sunday. This role is centered on delivering an exceptional guest experience and executing day to day operations with excellence.

Responsibilities:

Retail Operations and Guest Experience:

  • Create positive, memorable interactions with guests while educating them about the brand and answering questions
  • Take and complete customer orders efficiently, walk guests through the menu, and offer recommendations
  • Set up temporary decor and brand assets before service
  • Operate the point of sale system, handling cash and digital payments
  • Maintain strong visual presentation of displays and restock products and supplies throughout each shift

Closing & Cleanup:

  • Complete end of day tasks including cleaning service areas, restocking product storage, sanitizing tools and equipment, and preparing the space for the following day
  • Pack away temporary decor and materials and ensure all inventory is stored properly

Additional Duties:

  • Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
  • Communicate inventory needs and customer feedback to leadership
  • Assist with small set-up or maintenance tasks to support smooth operations
  • Support in-store activations/events

Requirements

Required:

  • Strong verbal communication skills and a warm, customer first mindset
  • High energy and enthusiasm for in person retail and food service
  • Comfort with hands on tasks ranging from serving guests to cleaning and restocking
  • Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday shifts with some flexibility

Preferred:

  • Previous retail and/or food service experience
