Kings Row Trailer and RV Park is family owned and operated for more than 65 years and is one of the largest RV parks in Southern Nevada with 474 home and RV spaces.  Kings Row is conveniently located 15-minutes from downtown Las Vegas and 10 minutes from the Strip off Boulder Hwy.

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our park.  In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient office management.  Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a professional and friendly environment for residents, guests, and team members.

As a full-time Front Desk Representative, you will be responsible for all duties surrounding the front desk including greeting residents and guests, handling phone and in-person reservations, managing on-line reservation system, processing check-ins/check-outs, resolving guest issues, under general supervision.  

This is a 40 hours per week Saturday through Wednesday, 9:30am - 5:30pm position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet visitors, check guests into RV spaces, provide rates and park rules, and help with general information about the park.
  • Reservations: Answer phone calls, process RV space reservations, and manage RV sites using computer property management systems. 
  • Financial Handling: Collect money, handle credit card transactions, process rental and electrical meter reading payments, balance daily transactions, and process nightly close-outs.
  • Communications: Answer incoming phone calls and emails, provide detailed information about park rules and facilities, and coordinate with park staff regarding site readiness and facility issues.
  • Administrative: Route incoming and outgoing mail, enter information into computers to prepare correspondence, rent, electrical meter readings and reservations, operate office machines such as fax/copy/print, calculator and labeling.
  • Problem Solving: Listen to resident and guest concerns with patience and offer helpful solutions or escalate major issues to management.
Qualifications and Skills
As a Front Desk Agent, you must be reliable and focused on providing exceptional customer service.  You must be highly organized and detail-oriented with front office experience.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 
  • Basic computer literacy and cash-handling accuracy, with a minimum of one-year customer service and cash handling experience.
  • Friendly, patient demeanor and strong conflict-resolution skills.
  • Communication proficiency both verbal and written.
  • Must be willing to work weekends and have flexible hours depending on high demand “peak” time of the year.
  • Able to help guests in parking their RV at the park.
  • A valid Driver’s License.
  • Pass a consumer credit and criminal background screening.
  • Submit a pre-employment drug screening and post-employment random screenings.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs. or more.
  • Able to be active in walking outside and/or standing for extended periods, lift supplies, sitting at a desk, reaching, and bending.
  • Able to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions may require outdoor work.
