Lagoon Ranch RV Resort is hiring – Seasonal Full time Pool Attendant!

Season: April 1st – September 1st

Position Summary:

Lagoon Ranch RV Resort is seeking a responsible, friendly, and attentive Pool Attendant (Seasonal Full time) to join our hospitality team. The Pool Attendant is responsible for creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests using the pool area. This role includes monitoring pool activity, enforcing facility rules, assisting with sales of sundry items and towels, and checking wristbands to ensure only authorized guests have access to the pool.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
  • Monitor the pool area to ensure guest safety and enforce all pool rules
  • Check guest wristbands for pool entry and ensure only authorized individuals are allowed access
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool deck, furniture, and restrooms
  • Stock and sell sundry items (e.g., snacks, sunscreen, pool toys) and towels
  • Set up, organize, and maintain towel stations and pool furniture throughout the day
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly
  • Assist with pool opening and closing procedures
  • Enforce resort policies and handle minor guest concerns professionally.
  • Assist with poolside activities or events as needed.
  • Perform regular trash pickup and towel collection in pool area.
  • Ensure pool gates and access points are secure.

Schedule & Compensation:

· Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

· Seasonal Full time (April 1st – September 1st)

· $15.00/hour
