This full-time position operates in a fully remote setting, offering flexibility while adhering to the needs of our clients. Our detox center serves individuals seeking recovery, emphasizing a person-centered approach that aligns with our commitment to integrated care. While the majority of your responsibilities will be conducted online, there may be occasional demands for evening and weekend hours, reflecting our responsibility to accommodate patients' diverse schedules.

• Utilize your expertise to independently formulate psychosocial diagnoses based on thorough assessments of patients' mental health needs.
• Develop comprehensive, patient-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients, aligning therapeutic goals with individual circumstances.
• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, including motivational interviewing and problem-solving treatment, to effectively address patients' challenges.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists and primary care providers to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.
• Monitor patient progress through systematic tracking of treatment responses, providing adjustments to treatment plans as needed, and maintaining detailed records.
• Support patients in managing psychotropic medications prescribed by medical professionals, focusing on adherence, side effects, and treatment effectiveness.

You will primarily serve individuals in a detoxification setting, working with clients from various backgrounds who are seeking recovery from substance use disorders. Your role will entail a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by this population, emphasizing empathetic communication and therapeutic techniques tailored to their needs.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current, valid, and unrestricted LCSW license to practice independently in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an independently licensed therapist is mandatory.

• Experience working in substance use treatment and understanding of detox protocols.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices relevant to behavioral health, particularly in the context of addiction and recovery.

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with an annual incentive bonus and comprehensive benefits package. Additionally, you will receive:
